A cozy stay in the heart

My stay at Byzantino Hotel felt special. The historical décor added charm, and the spacious room was a delight, letting the local vibes flow in through the window.

Breakfast could use more variety. the espresso coffee was charged extra, which felt a bit off for a hotel of its standing. Staff response times during busy hours need improvement.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town and close to many attractions. The room I stayed in, a Double or Twin Room, was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere to unwind. Housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy throughout my stay. breakfast fell short. The selection was quite limited, and I expected a better variety for a hotel with this rating. Some of the items, like the bread, seemed stale. the espresso coffee came with an extra charge, which felt a bit off for a hotel experience. Staff interactions varied. while some were friendly, response times during busy breakfast hours could be improved for a smoother experience. it’s a lovely hotel but needs some attention to dining quality.

poor condition

The room I stayed in was in poor condition, as if it hadn't been used for weeks. Although I was moved to a suite, I wasn’t impressed with the extra charge despite it being the same size. The breakfast had some rotten fruit and stale bread, and they charged extra for an espresso coffee, which isn’t a nice surprise for a boutique hotel. Accessibility for families was lacking. a high chair for my grandson hadn't been properly cleaned.

great location

my stay at byzantino was lovely. the hotel is beautiful and the room was very spacious, allowing us to relax. the location is perfect, just a short taxi ride away from everything. the staff were incredibly friendly, and they even called us after check-out to return some clothes we left behind.
